Beaufond Foundation set to go Green & Digital, implement technology driven software to reach wider audience
Beaufond Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting underprivileged disabled children, will initiate several measures& steps using the technology to implement latest AI software as part of its strategy to drive efficiencies and become a paperless foundation to fuel the growth engine of strengthening its flagship programs in the areas of healthcare, education, literacy, environmental sustainability and rural development. Beaufond Foundation will be extensively using the system which includes finance project costing modules and document management technology, which will replace an out-dated and unsupported financial management system & program implementation appraisal system. It will integrate all our volunteers, program officers & policy mechanism. The accounting system will streamline reporting and enable paperless processing, which will allow staff to spend more time on analyzing data said the news release.
Established in 2019 as Beaufond Foundation, a full-fledged charity foundation, the charity has grown to become an international charity impacting the lives of million underprivileged sections of the society. The process of reducing paper by using technology has systemic implications.
